Megan and Matt | Corvallis Engagement Pictures
Megan went to a house party one night in Corvallis with a group of friends. The door opens. This guy with no shirt on, black fairy wings and goggles looks down at her and says “sorry guys we can’t let anyone else in.” Door closes. Little did Megan know, this man would later become her husband. Because sometimes you meet your fiance at the 420 house in Corvallis. Because sometimes you are an engineer he is a PHd student in physics and you are both really smart and both like to party and both like camping and… hey! It just works out. That’s love for you. Doesn’t always make sense in the beginning. But it makes sense in the end. But anyway, we took these pictures around Corvallis at Avery Park, the Peavy Arboretum, and at a random spot along a road near Bald Hill. The photoshoot included a cute puppy, champagne in the woods, and bush-whacking our way up a hill in the middle of nowhere, because I thought it seemed like a cool idea. By the time we were done I was exhausted, a little bit tipsy, and covered in scratches from berry bushes, but man was I happy. I live for photoshoots like this one. And for the couples who give me the creative freedom to make them happen
