Trisha and Kurt | Mt. Hood Engagement Pictures
Trisha and Kurt met in West, a dorm at Oregon State, their freshman year. Trisha immediately developed a huge crush on Kurt. But it took until their senior year before anything happened. They eventually became close friends and made a pact to get married at 30 if there was no one else. But one fateful night, Trisha and Kurt were walking back from a lovely establishment in Corvallis known as The Peacock, eating Qdoba, and they accidentally spilled the beans to one another. No, not the burrito beans. They were in love with each other. And that was that. Once they finally decided to be together, they had to spend two and a half years apart. Now they are engaged, happily living in Tigard with their adorable corgi puppy and Siamese cat, and I am extremely excited to be working with them! Trisha is originally from Bend, and Kurt grew up in a family that LOVES all things Christmas, so they decided that a Christmas-themed mountain engagement shoot would be perfect for them! We drove up to Mt. Hood, stopped to buy a tiny Christmas tree, goofed off in the freezing cold sunshine up at Timberline, and had a ton of fun! I can’t wait to photograph their wedding next October
