Eastern Oregon Engagement Photos | Anna and Danny

Cowboys are real. I didn’t realize this was a thing. I didn’t know the wild west still existed. I was just a silly city-girl who didn’t understand. But then I flew out to Eastern Oregon for this engagement shoot and I realized there was a whole world out there I knew nothing about. A world where people ride horses every single day. Where they herd cattle. Where they raise goats and sheep. Where they spend all their time outside and wear cowboy hats and live the good life. Anna and Danny showed me the west in a way I never knew it before. And their relationship is unlike any I’ve seen. They are partners. They share almost all the same interests and they grew up in neighboring towns. They laugh together and help each other. They are kind. Today I fly back to Juntura, Oregon for their wedding this weekend (it’s going to be unlike anything I’ve ever photographed!!), so I thought it was about time that I finally blogged their engagement shoot. Horses and all. Anna and Danny, you two are so fun!
